Empowering Agropreneurs Through Strategic Collaboration

From 19 - 21 June 2025 , Putra Academy successfully conducted a 3-day Leadership Development Training Program for PTPTN’s selected workforce. The program was designed to enhance core leadership competencies, promote strategic thinking, and build stronger teamwork among emerging and existing leaders within the organisation. The serene and conducive setting of Avillion Cameron Highlands provided the perfect atmosphere for learning, reflection, and growth.

The training content was tailored to align with PTPTN’s organizational goals and challenges, integrating interactive modules, real-life case studies, leadership simulations, and team-building exercises.

Putra Academy recently convened a productive engagement with Agrobank to explore collaborative opportunities in developing an Entrepreneurship Development Programme tailored for individuals in the agro and agri-based sectors.

The discussion centred on designing structured learning pathways that integrate key components, including entrepreneurship and business fundamentals, financial literacy with greater awareness of funding access, as well as innovation, digital adoption, and sustainability practices within agro-based enterprises.

This initiative aims to equip agropreneurs with the necessary skills, mindset, and strategic knowledge to scale their ventures, improve productivity, and contribute meaningfully to a more resilient and future-ready agricultural ecosystem in Malaysia.

Putra Academy looks forward to translating this strategic collaboration into impactful programmes that support inclusive economic growth and advance sustainable agro-entrepreneurship nationwide.
