AI & Data Analytics Bootcamp This September 5

From 19 - 21 June 2025 , Putra Academy successfully conducted a 3-day Leadership Development Training Program for PTPTN’s selected workforce. The program was designed to enhance core leadership competencies, promote strategic thinking, and build stronger teamwork among emerging and existing leaders within the organisation. The serene and conducive setting of Avillion Cameron Highlands provided the perfect atmosphere for learning, reflection, and growth.

The training content was tailored to align with PTPTN’s organizational goals and challenges, integrating interactive modules, real-life case studies, leadership simulations, and team-building exercises.

At the end of the 3-day program, participants achieved the following outcomes:

• Increased self-awareness of their leadership style and its impact on team performance
• Enhanced communication and collaboration skills among departments
• Improved strategic mindset and decision-making techniques in real-world scenarios
• Greater alignment of personal leadership goals with PTPTN’s mission
• Stronger peer-to-peer networking, trust, and engagement

The program successfully fostered a sense of ownership and responsibility among the participants, positioning them as proactive leaders who are ready to face internal and external challenges with resilience.
